How fast will I get my photos?
Your edited photos are ready the next day by 12:00 PM (Eastern) after the shoot. After booking you get a private link with a live countdown, and you’re emailed the moment they’re delivered.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Tampa Bay: Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Seminole, Pinellas Park, Brandon, Wesley Chapel and nearby towns. Farther trips, like Sarasota, Naples or Miami, are welcome too.
Is there a travel fee?
Only when the property is more than a 1-hour drive from Clearwater. Then a flat $100 is added per property. The booking form checks the drive time for you and shows it before you book.
How much does real estate photography cost?
Basic is $200 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft and Standard is $300 for homes over 2,000 sq ft. All-in-one is $450 for any size and includes drone, twilight and clubhouse & amenity photos. Add-ons for Basic and Standard: drone +$70, clubhouse & amenities +$70, twilight +$150. Video: walkthrough $150 (homes up to 2,000 sq ft), agent on-camera $350, premium cinematic $650. You see the exact total before you book.
How many photos do I get?
Unlimited professionally edited photos. Every room and the important exterior angles are covered, delivered MLS-ready.
Do you offer drone, twilight and video?
Yes. Add drone aerials, clubhouse & amenity photos or twilight photos to Basic or Standard, or choose All-in-one to get all three. For video, pick a walkthrough video ($150, homes up to 2,000 sq ft), an agent on-camera video ($350) or a premium cinematic film ($650) right in the booking form.
Do you photograph the clubhouse, pool and amenities?
Yes. Add Clubhouse & amenities (+$70) when you book and I’ll photograph the community or building amenities, like the pool, gym, clubhouse and lobby. Please arrange access with the HOA or front desk and add the details in the booking notes.
Can I book several listings at once?
Yes. After you book one, tap “Book another property.” Your name, phone and email stay filled in, so each extra listing takes a few seconds, and each one gets its own photo link.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken when you book. When your photos are ready you get a private link with my Zelle info. Send the payment, tap “I’ve sent it,” and your full set unlocks as soon as I confirm it.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free to cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice. A $100 fee applies to each shoot cancelled or moved with less notice.
How should the home be prepared?
Turn on every light, open blinds, clear counters and personal items, hide trash cans and cars from the front, and make the beds. A clean, bright home photographs best.
I lost my photo link. How do I get it back?
Go to Find my photos, enter the email you booked with, and your private links are emailed to you again.
